Through our online store you have the opportunity to purchase services and products by selecting “Add to cart” and filling out the order form. During the purchase process you choose the Payment method and then you go to the confirmation or not of your purchase. MasterPass for fast, easy and secure online payments. The user of the service simply chooses MasterPass as the payment method, connects to the digital wallet he has created in his partner bank and selects the card he wishes to use for payment. You do not need to enter your card details, as they are already securely stored in your digital wallet.

The deposit must be made with a reason and your name, within 5 days from the order / purchase or by telephone. The order / purchase can be made by us once the deposit is made and the payment is confirmed by our accounting department.

1. DEFINITELY in our space

If you choose to pay at our place, your reservation is not reserved and no complete confirmation can be made (either by phone or by mail) for the time and date you have requested. There may be changes to the time, duration of service, and the type you have selected.

Secure Transactions

All card payments are processed through Alpha Bank’s “Alpha e-Commerce” electronic payment platform using TLS 1.1 encryption with 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of encrypting information until it reaches its intended recipient, who will be able to decrypt it using the appropriate key.

Prices-Offers-Products

Animus Day Spa can cancel or change the services as well as their prices without notice. The customer in each case is charged the amount indicated in his purchase, regardless of whether by the date of delivery the price has changed. The prices of the services are all in Euros and include VAT (24%). The Euro is the exclusive currency for Animus Day Spa transactions.

Purchasing Modifications

In case the choice of a service during your purchase does not satisfy you and you want to modify it, contact us via e-mail at[email protected]or by phone at 2310 524741. In the case of the gift card, a service with a higher monetary value than the amount indicated can be selected, by completing the additional amount. If the value of the gift card is not fully utilized, the excess amount of money will not be returned to either the recipient or the sponsor. The change of the recipient can be done only with the consent of the sponsor and after our telephone communication and confirmation for the details of the new recipient, as well as the new date of the service.

Booking conditions

Thank you for choosing our spa for your wellness needs. Your reservation is a testament to the trust you’ve placed in our services. As we anticipate the pleasure of welcoming you, we urge you to review the terms below, ensuring a seamless experience for all our guests.

Acceptance: By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to the following Terms & Conditions.

Arrival:

• Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to facilitate check-in and to fill out the requisite Guest Intake Forms. This ensures the efficacy of the treatment and enhances your overall experience.
• All treatments will end at their scheduled times as a courtesy to subsequent clients. Late arrivals may result in abbreviated service duration without a corresponding reduction in price.
• Given the unpredictable traffic in Thessaloniki’s center, it’s advisable to allocate ample travel time to our spa, ensuring punctual check-in.

Rescheduling:

• If you need to reschedule, please provide us with a minimum of 4 hours notice. Regrettably, we cannot accommodate rescheduling requests with shorter notice.

Cancellations & Refunds:

Cancellations made 24 hours before the appointment will receive a full refund or if desired a gift card code to use the full amount within 30 days.

Cancellations made up to 12 hours before the appointment are entitled to a refund of 50% of the cost of the reservation or if they wish a gift card code to use the entire amount within 30 days.

Cancellations made up to 6 hours before the appointment are not refunded but are entitled to a gift card code for future use of the entire amount within 30 days.

Cancellations made under 6 hours, no refund, you give a gift card code of 50% of the amount to be used within 30 days.

No-shows or being more than 30 minutes late from the appointment time will not give you a gift card code or refund.

For reservations with Gift Vouchers, no refunds are made under any circumstances. It can take up to 6 hours to change the time and day of the appointment. In a shorter time than this, they will result in the full cashing of the check.

Noise & Age Restrictions:

• Our spa is curated to offer a serene environment. We kindly ask all guests to minimize noise and ensure mobile phones are switched off or set to Silent Mode.
•  Only children aged 10 and over are welcome at Animus Day Spa, must be accompanied by an adult.

Purchase Cancellation Policy

Animus Day Spa does not accept cancellations of confirmed bookings and purchases.

Gift Card Terms:

-Gift cards are nominal and cannot be redeemed without the presence of at least one of the two persons listed as recipients.

-Duration of validity: 3 months without possibility of extension.

-In case of loss of the gift card code, we are not responsible for finding the code with any other details of either the recipient or the sender.

-For gift vouchers, redemption is based on the current price list. While for the suggested services of the gift cards, the redemption is based on the cost of the specific service on the day the gift card was purchased.

-The appointment needs to be booked at least two days in advance.

-Gift Cards can be redeemed Monday-Saturday 12:00-22:00.

-There is no gift card expiration date notification.

-From the initial amount, there is the possibility of choosing a service with a higher cost and charging only the difference of the amount.

-Gift vouchers worth up to €130 can be redeemed in up to 3 visits.

-It is necessary when booking the appointment by phone or message to state that it is a Gift Card redemption.

-In case of cancellation or transfer of a confirmed appointment, read the paragraph on booking conditions.

-No refunds.

Terms of Prepaid Individual Packages:

-Individuality of Packages: Packages are individual and implemented only by the buyer.

-Duration of Validity: The time period for the package to expire depends on the number of conferences purchased:

5 sessions maximum duration of implementation 3 months.

10 sessions maximum duration 6 months.

– Expiration of the Package: at the end of the package there is no warning to the customer and “Animus Massage” bears no responsibility.

-Service Hours: Monday to Friday, 12:00 to 10:00.

-Adding Services: It is possible to add services for an additional fee during the session.

-Cancellations: Cancellation of less than 6 hours corresponds to the cancellation of the session of the prepaid package and there is no possibility of refund

-Payment: For the package to be valid, the amount must have been paid during the first session.

-Package Features: Packages have a specific number of conferences, duration and service that cannot be changed.

-Scheduling Appointments: Appointments for pre-paid packages must be scheduled on specific days and times where determined by the availability of our program, the client should mention during the closing of his appointment that he has a package of sessions.

Member Points Rules

-FREE registration & FREE membership forever.
-Points work additively. and you can be informed about them, from your Profile by selecting “My Points”.
-The -10% discount on retail products refers to those that do not have a discount.
– When pains are redeemed in the specific order no points are awarded
-To fully benefit from the privileges of the points you must have completed all the details of your profile.
-Animus Day Spa had every right to modify or delete a member when he does not follow the regulations or to modify the rules without any personal notification.
-No points are awarded on orders if another discount coupon is used.
-Member’s points are not redeemable for cash and always enjoy the privileges defined by our commercial policy.
-The company reserves the right to unilaterally modify the reward system and alter or replace the reward amount for purchases.
-If for any reason the company animus Day Spa modifies part or all of the terms of the program or discontinues the benefits program, the participant retains no claim against the company, since he already hereby acknowledges that this is a benefits program provided by the freedom of the company.
-Points expire 12 months after the member’s last transaction and after the member has been notified one month in advance via mail or phone message.
-The company Animus Day Spa collects personal data of the buyer, as well as the recipient of the order, if this is deemed necessary. The buyer is aware that this automatic processing of his data has been notified to the Personal Data Protection Authority. The purpose and conditions under which animus collects and processes Personal Data are presented in the Terms of Use of the website and are governed by the applicable legal system of personal data protection.

Product orders

The purchase of our products presupposes the completion of the order form, for purchase as a guest or as a customer by creating your account. Then it is necessary to record your details for the issuance of the receipt and the shipment of the products. Following the instructions, select the payment method and finally complete your order by clicking “Order Confirmation”. In a few minutes you will receive a confirmation e-mail at the e-mail address you stated with all the details of your purchase. Shipping products

Shipments of products are made by courier. Orders are delivered in 2-5 working days depending on the buyer’s area. The online store www.animusmassage.gr is not responsible for delays or inability of delivery that may occur due to emergencies, inappropriate weather conditions, inaccessible areas and generally due to situations which are beyond the reasonable control of the store. In case a product of the order is not immediately available, there is an immediate relevant information. Shipping costs for all of Greece are 5 euros. If the order exceeds 50 €, then the shipping and cash on delivery costs are FREE. For orders concerning Cyprus or abroad, telephone consultation precedes.

Product Return and / or Replacement Policy

The customer (consumer) can return the product he bought and request its replacement with another or refund, in case of a proven mistake made by our store, ie receipt of a product error or defective product quality, error on receipt of the order, on invoicing or sending, alteration during transport, poor packaging, etc.). The customer has a deadline of fourteen (14) calendar days for the return of the product, in its packaging, in almost intact condition and with all the documents with which it was received (retail receipt, invoice, shipping note), without any charge. The supplier, for his part, must return the money (including shipping costs) within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the returned product, if the fault reported by the customer is ascertained. The consumer is only responsible for any reduction in the value of the product if he has misused it. For example, if you unpack the product to see how it is and if it works, it does not mean that it reduces its value.

In case there is no fault of the store and the customer wishes to replace the product he bought with another or another size, etc., all of the above apply, but the customer bears all the return / shipping costs that will arise, as and with the difference in the price of the new product. The buyer has the right to withdraw his order up to fourteen (14) calendar days after purchase.

If the products are not returned within fourteen (14) calendar days, then our store is not obliged to accept any return.
