Animus Day Spa brings professional massage with renowned therapists in the center of Thessaloniki, 14 Olympiou Diamantis and in every home, hotel and business space through a variety of different types of massage. Those interested can enjoy the relaxing and healing properties of massage in our place, as well as face and body care services and the use of the sauna and hot tub facilities. They also have the opportunity to enjoy a massage session in their own private space. All our services aim  wellness, as well as all the beneficial benefits for the body. In no case, this is not for medical problems and treatment of chronic diseases. Animus Day Spa is not responsible for any medical issues.

The content of this website is the property of Animus Day Spa and is protected by copyright law. Violation of these rights is prosecuted.

Implementation of Services and Purchases

The purchase of our services can be done in the following ways:

Through our online store you have the opportunity to purchase services and products by selecting “Add to cart” and filling out the order form. During the purchase process you choose the Payment method and then you go to the confirmation or not of your purchase. Upon completion of the process you will automatically receive a confirmation e-mail listing all the details of the purchase.


Payment methods

Payments can be made by:


Visa and MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Diners as well as the Debit Cards of Hellenic Banks are accepted.

The customer is solely responsible for the correct indication of his Credit or Debit card details.

MasterPass for fast, easy and secure online payments. The user of the service simply chooses MasterPass as the payment method, connects to the digital wallet he has created in his partner bank and selects the card he wishes to use for payment. You do not need to enter your card details, as they are already securely stored in your digital wallet.

  1. DEFINITELY in our space

If you choose to pay at our place, your reservation is not reserved and no complete confirmation can be made (either by phone or by mail) for the time and date you have requested. There may be changes to the time, duration of service, and the type you have selected.


Secure Transactions

All card payments are processed through Alpha Bank’s “Alpha e-Commerce” electronic payment platform using TLS 1.1 encryption with 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of encrypting information until it reaches its intended recipient, who will be able to decrypt it using the appropriate key.



Animus Day Spa can cancel or change the services as well as their prices without notice. The customer in each case is charged the amount indicated in his purchase, regardless of whether by the date of delivery the price has changed. The prices of the services are all in Euros and include VAT (24%). The Euro is the exclusive currency for Animus Day Spa transactions.


Purchasing Modifications

In case the choice of a service during your purchase does not satisfy you and you want to modify it, contact us via e-mail at[email protected]or by phone at 2310 524741. In the case of the gift card, a service with a higher monetary value than the amount indicated can be selected, by completing the additional amount. If the value of the gift card is not fully utilized, the excess amount of money will not be returned to either the recipient or the sponsor. The change of the recipient can be done only with the consent of the sponsor and after our telephone communication and confirmation for the details of the new recipient, as well as the new date of the service.

Purchase Cancellation Policy

Animus Day Spa does not accept cancellations of confirmed bookings and purchases.


Money Back Policy

Refunds are not made. In case of cancellation of the pre-arranged appointment, there is a rescheduling of the reservation within one month from the cancellation. Regarding the Gift Cards and the Prepaid packages have a specific duration of implementation (see respectively on the site) and when the date expires, they can not be implemented, while the money is not refundable.


Product orders

The purchase of our products presupposes the completion of the order form, for purchase as a guest or as a customer by creating your account. Then it is necessary to record your details for the issuance of the receipt and the shipment of the products. Following the instructions, select the payment method and finally complete your order by clicking “Order Confirmation”. In a few minutes you will receive a confirmation e-mail at the e-mail address you stated with all the details of your purchase. Shipping products

Shipments of products are made by courier. Orders are delivered in 2-5 working days depending on the buyer’s area. The online store is not responsible for delays or inability of delivery that may occur due to emergencies, inappropriate weather conditions, inaccessible areas and generally due to situations which are beyond the reasonable control of the store. In case a product of the order is not immediately available, there is an immediate relevant information. Shipping costs for all of Greece are 5 euros. If the order exceeds 50 €, then the shipping and cash on delivery costs are FREE. For orders concerning Cyprus or abroad, telephone consultation precedes.


Product Return and / or Replacement Policy

The customer (consumer) can return the product he bought and request its replacement with another or refund, in case of a proven mistake made by our store, ie receipt of a product error or defective product quality, error on receipt of the order, on invoicing or sending, alteration during transport, poor packaging, etc.). The customer has a deadline of fourteen (14) calendar days for the return of the product, in its packaging, in almost intact condition and with all the documents with which it was received (retail receipt, invoice, shipping note), without any charge. The supplier, for his part, must return the money (including shipping costs) within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the returned product, if the fault reported by the customer is ascertained. The consumer is only responsible for any reduction in the value of the product if he has misused it. For example, if you unpack the product to see how it is and if it works, it does not mean that it reduces its value.

In case there is no fault of the store and the customer wishes to replace the product he bought with another or another size, etc., all of the above apply, but the customer bears all the return / shipping costs that will arise, as and with the difference in the price of the new product. The buyer has the right to withdraw his order up to fourteen (14) calendar days after purchase.

If the products are not returned within fourteen (14) calendar days, then our store is not obliged to accept any return.
